A traditional Lake District slate-stone house, the Elim Bank Hotel offers seven spacious rooms, all with en-suite, in the heart of the Lake District. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the shores of Lake Windermere in the bustling town of Bowness you are in easy reach of shops, restaurants and of course the lake itself.

The Elim Bank Hotel was orginally a large family house built around the 1860's by the Pattinson Family. Since the second world war the house has been used as both a doctors surgery and a nursery before becoming a small hotel in the 1970's. It contains many period features including the beautiful stained glass windows and the newly refurbished conservatory.
